Reports must be made as soon as possible, be in writing, and include all relevant details needed to assess the situation. This includes, to the extent known, the names of the Complainant, Respondent, and other individuals involved in the incident, as well as any known relevant facts, including the date, time, place, and circumstances of the incident.

All other Liberty employees who are neither Confidential Resources nor Mandatory Reporters and who receive such information in the course of their employment position or duties are strongly encouraged to report possible incidents of Sexual Misconduct to the Title IX Coordinator.
