What Does Confidential Mean?
Confidential communications cannot be shared with another person without the reporter’s consent except under very limited circumstances. These include allegations involving the physical or sexual abuse of someone under the age of 18 or a vulnerable adult, or there is an imminent threat to the life of any person.
