Liberty University Forensic Science Club
Club Mission Statement
The Liberty University Forensic Science Club seeks to expose students interested in forensic sciences to professionals in the career field and to establish student and professional networks dedicated to the improvement of forensic science.
What To Expect as a Member
The Forensic Science club meets every two weeks. Club members have the opportunity for hands-on experience, listening to experts in different areas of the field, and hear about internship opportunities before students who do not participate regularly. This is a wonderful way to get to know more about the field and to meet others in the major and with similar interests.

Club Accomplishments
- Our club organizes and hosts the Mock-Bioterrorism Simulation, a large scale event at which the FBI, fire department, national guard, and other agencies practice and teach students about response to the release of biochemical agents.
- We also host several professionals from different areas of the field, including but not limited to, a Sexual Assault Nurse, a Forensic Cyber-Terrorism expert, and a Special Agent specialist in underwater search and recovery.
- Occasionally, the club will host escape rooms or mystery parties to allow students a chance for hands-on practice in evidence processing and problem-solving.
