Tickets Delivery Method
- All tickets purchased online will have a Print-At-Home or mobile ticket option. All Apple iPhone users will have an option to add their mobile tickets to Wallet. You may scan the barcode on your digital ticket from your phone at the doors as well. All tickets will come through via email on your receipt as a PDF.
- The Ticket Office will be on site at all venues once doors open for the show.
- All ticket fees are included in the prices listed above, aside from a 7% City of Lynchburg entertainment tax.
Parking
- Here is a map to assist you in finding parking lots near different concert venues.
LU Discounts
- You must use your LU credentials in order to receive the applied discounted tickets. Only 2 tickets per person are available at a discounted rate. There will be no refunds provided to anyone who registers with a non-LU account.
Venue Guidlines
Concert Hall
- All doors will open one hour prior to the show.
- All guests will be required to enter through metal detectors and must adhere to the Clear Bag Policy, so please bring as few belongings as possible.
- There will be no re-entry once you have gone through the metal detectors (please make sure your friends’ are not holding your ticket).
- No outside food or drink permitted beyond the lobby.
LaHaye Event Space
- All doors will open one hour prior to the show.
- Food and drink are not permitted with the sole exception of water.
- For wheelchair or other accessible seating accommodations, you must email us at least one week in advance.
- Concerts/Shows are standing room only
Vines Center
- All doors will open one hour prior to the show.
- All guests will be required to enter through metal detectors and must adhere to the Clear Bag Policy, so please bring as few belongings as possible.
