Logistics Of Coming to CFAW

Parking
Guests should park at either the Runk & Pratt Garage or the Academic Commons Garage, following parking signs or the Parking Map. They must stay in approved parking zones with their visible CFAW parking hangtag.
Upon arrival on Thursday evening, attendees get their hangtag in the designated garages, which they will also use to provide driver/contact details for their visit. If not received, visit the CFAW Information Center on the first floor of the Montview Student Union.

Dining Options
CFAW students receive a meal pass covering all meals for the weekend at the Reber-Thomas Dining Center, and parents and guests may purchase meals there for a discounted rate during their visit.
Before arrival, check available resources for dietary concerns and email the dietitian with any questions.

Parents
- CFAW is for parents too! While it doesn’t cost anything for family members, it’s important that you include a headcount of who will be joining your student for the weekend when you register. Whether it’s you as the parent, guardian, or other family members, your RSVP helps us accommodate everyone joining us for CFAW.
- Our current students are excited to welcome your student to our campus, but please keep in mind that we do not allow students to stay in the residence halls as part of CFAW – so be sure to secure off-campus accommodations for both you and your student. If your student knows a current residential student, approval to stay on campus may be granted on a case-by-case basis through the Office of Residence Life.
- Students attending CFAW must have their CFAW Guest Flames Pass at all times. A Flames Pass gives your student entrance to the dining center and Convocation as well as access to the student section for home football, baseball, softball, and women’s basketball games. There are plenty of activities planned to give your student the full Liberty experience. Check out our Schedule and Events page for more information.
