What Will You Learn in Our Cybersecurity Cognate of our Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree?

In this degree program, you will learn how to develop secure software throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). The SDLC is the process through which software is developed with the highest quality in the shortest amount of time. You will also learn how to assess the security of software using an array of source code and dynamic analysis techniques.

Besides gaining a fundamental understanding of information security and basic coding you will learn advanced cryptographic techniques and some of the common attacks hackers use to compromise systems and how best to thwart such attacks.
