Please look for a Liberty bus and a driver in a red Liberty shirt. If you do not see a shuttle upon arrival, call the Visitors Center to confirm a shuttle is on its way. Please contact the Visitors Center in advance at (434) 582-2064 to schedule a pickup time and receive a shuttle to Liberty University’s campus for CFAW.

For more details on these locations, follow the CFAW parking signs placed around campus or refer to the Parking Map. All guests must remain in the approved parking zones throughout the weekend with the CFAW parking hangtag visibly displayed at all times.

All CFAW attendees will receive their parking hangtag when they arrive in the designated garages on Thursday evening and will be required to provide the name of the driver/vehicle owner as well as the best phone number to contact during their visit.

What else should you know before arriving?

  • CFAW is for parents too! While it doesn’t cost anything for family members, it’s important that you include a headcount of who will be joining your student for the weekend when you register. Whether it’s you as the parent, guardian, or other family members, your RSVP helps us accommodate everyone joining us for CFAW.
  • Our current students are excited to welcome your student to our campus, but please keep in mind that we do not allow students to stay in the residence halls as part of CFAW – so be sure to secure off-campus accommodations for both you and your student. If your student knows a current residential student, approval to stay on campus may be granted on a case-by-case basis. But don’t worry! There are plenty of activities planned to give your student the full Liberty experience. Check out our Schedule and Events page for more information.
  • Students attending CFAW must have their CFAW Guest Flames Pass at all times. A Flames Pass gives your student entrance to the dining center and Convocation as well as access to the student section for home football, baseball, softball, and women’s basketball games.
