Discussions are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student is required to create a thread in response to the provided prompt for each discussion. Literature Review to Identify Agile Characteristics Assignment

This assignment connects the student to a deeper understanding of Agile frameworks, which are part of the project environment regardless of the industry. The assignment equips the student with skills in the Agile world and explores the existing body of knowledge on Agile topics. Each student will select 10 peer-reviewed articles published within the last five years and create a literature review. The assignment should be 7-9 pages in length and adhere to current APA format.

Compare Traditional to Agile Project Managers Assignment

Agile projects run differently than traditional ones regarding processes, frameworks, and roles. Some agile projects, such as Scrum, do not have a project manager because of the structure. This assignment assumes that the Agile project has a project manager. The student will compare the role of traditional project managers to that of agile. This assignment examines the role and responsibility differences between the two positions. The assignment should be 7-9 pages in length, include a minimum of 6 scholarly citations, and adhere to current APA format.

Evaluate Agile Project Characteristics Assignment

In this assignment, the student will research those project characteristics that make a project Agile compared to when it should be traditional. The student should investigate the project characteristics that fit Agile settings based on the nature of his or her work or the customer’s demands. The student will give specific project characteristics and evidence of why Agile works best in those project settings. The assignment should be 7 to 9 pages in length, include a minimum of 6 scholarly citations, and adhere to current APA format.

Agile Values Prioritization Case Study Assignment

The student will select a case assignment from the current textbook and conduct a values prioritization analysis. The paper should focus on the violation of Agile values, which contributed to adverse events and challenges in the case. The student will compare and contrast missing values with those that would have helped the project to have better outcomes. The paper engages the student’s evaluative skills in understanding Agile values. The paper will give evidence supporting each value’s usage in those circumstances. The assignment should be 7-9 pages in length, include a minimum of 6 scholarly citations, and adhere to current APA format.

Quizzes (2)

The quizzes will cover the Learn material from the assigned Modules: Weeks. Each quiz will be open-book/open-notes, contain 20 multiple-choice questions, and have a 25-minute time limit. The student will have two attempts when taking each test, and the system will keep the higher of the two scores.
