Specifically, the student will be required to discuss the Cultural Web theory, the Cultural Iceberg Model, and the relationship between Organizational Culture and the Change Process. This paper will be researched-based and should interact with key thought leaders discussed within course lectures (the theories of Edgar Schein, Gerry Johnson, Kevan Scholes, and Edward Hall must be discussed in the paper). The paper must include a minimum of 7 scholarly sources. Citations to course textbooks, the Bible, or Biblical commentaries do not count towards the 7-source requirement. This paper will be formatted according to current APA style guide requirements. (CLO: A)

Using the provided Logic Model Template, the student will define the problem being researched, determine all the inputs and outputs associated with the activity, identify key outcomes of the organization, and take into account any additional considerations about the program. After completing the logic models, the student will write a 2-page reflection on the process and share what he/she gleaned as a result of his/her work. The completed assignment should be at least three (3) pages in length and formatted according to current APA style guidelines. (CLO: B)
