Course Description
This course provides exposure to financial modeling techniques for business analysis application. Topics include theoretical development, modeling approaches, financial analysis, and applications of financial modeling.

Rationale
Financial modeling concerns the process of constructing spreadsheet models of a firm’s future financial statements in order to evaluate the company’s past performance, future prospects and to determine its proper valuation. In this course, students will learn and develop advanced Excel spreadsheet skills that are highly valued in today’s business world.
