BMIS 501 benefits each student in three ways. First, in balance with studies of theory, this course emphasizes the practical side of developing the actual competencies and attitudes necessary for successful, effective leadership and management across organizations. Second, it considers how managers and leaders at all levels of an organization impact the effectiveness of top executives. Finally, it addresses the need for the Christian leader and/or manager to integrate his or her faith with his or her learning and actions regarding leadership and management across all types of organizations.
