Your courses in the online Minor in Military Studies will cover a wide variety of topics. Socialism, with its Marxist materialist foundations, has gained appeal in free societies that have traditionally upheld individual liberty and the inherent value of each person. The Dilemmas in Socialism and Marxism course delves into the historical, philosophical, and ethical claims of socialism, examining its repeated failures as manifested throughout history, economics, and governance.
