Liberty University professor ranks in Top 10 on RateMyProfessors.com

Dr. Troy Matthews, assistant professor of Contemporary Issues at Liberty University, has been ranked No. 3 on RateMyProfessors.com’s list of Top Professors of 2008.

The website allows students nationwide to rate their professors and post comments about them.

Receiving a total of 76 rankings, Matthews is described on the site by many students as one of the best professors on campus and someone who works to make learning fun.

Matthews, who also serves as Assistant Director of Christian/Community Service at Liberty, earned his Master of Religious Education from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in 1987. He went on to receive his Doctor of Education from Argosy University in 2005.
