Liberty University marching band prepares for season

Members of The Spirit of the Mountain Marching Band are in Band Camp this week, preparing for the upcoming football season, which kicks off Aug. 30 at Williams Stadium. The band is practicing for its halftime show, “DIRECTOR’S CUT: Music from the Movies,” an original marching show with songs from favorite cinematic adventures and movie scores, including Batman, Top Gun, James Bond, Mission Impossible, and others.
