To create at Liberty University the educational epicenter and voice for all things intersecting faith, mental health, addiction, and recovery through strategic partnerships and alliances advancing research, providing education, training, advocacy, and the provision of resources and services to help deal with the massive mental health and addiction crisis in the Church and global community.
