Biography
Spencer Drake is a 2011 graduate of the Liberty University School of Law. Upon passing the Virginia State Bar, he opened a law practice in Amherst, Virginia, where he worked as a general practice attorney for eight years. During that time he handled cases ranging from family law to criminal defense.
In 2019, he was hired as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Amherst, where he is still employed. As a prosecutor, he handles a wide variety of criminal matters, from traffic tickets to felonies.
He joined Liberty Law in 2025 and teaches lawyering skills.
