We know applying for jobs can be intimidating. That’s why we want to be transparent about our application process so you can feel confident when you apply. Regardless of the outcome, our goal is to offer you a positive candidate experience.

Here’s what you can expect when applying for Liberty University jobs

Complete a Questionnaire

Some positions will require a questionnaire so we can dive a little deeper into your skills and background to help ensure a match is made.

Phone Screening

If you are matched with a role, a recruiter will reach out to discuss the opportunity in more detail and answer questions.

Interviews

A recruiter will reach out to schedule a formal interview with the hiring manager and team(s). There may be several rounds of interviews.

Decision Stage

Congrats! You may have received an offer to work at Liberty University. If you accept, a recruiter will reach out to you with more details.

Welcome to the team! You will begin receiving communications regarding Workday onboarding steps.

Afterward, you will be notified of your application status and contacted if we need additional information from you. If you are selected for a phone or in-person interview, a Recruiter will contact you directly.
