Shepard Wells, BM

Shepard Wells joined the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research in July 2024, bringing a strong background in leadership and music education. Previously, he served as a band and choir director in Campbell County, Virginia. Shepard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Liberty University, and he actively supports marching bands in his spare time. Beyond work, he enjoys quality time with his wife and cat, trout fishing, and exploring new dining spots.
