Assistant Director of Institutional Assessment

Heather Lundborg joined the office of institutional Effectiveness and Research in July of 2024. Prior to working at Liberty Heather worked as a Special Education teacher in local schools in Lynchburg.

Heather comes from a small rural town in northern Vermont. She came to Liberty in Fall of 2014 and graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in Athletic Training. She is currently working towards her Master’s degree in Special Education: Adapted Curriculum with CTE Transition & Special Needs.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her baking, hosting people, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is excited to be a part of Liberty University once again and to be a part of the mission of Training Champions for Christ.
