Academic Marketing Specialist

Dawn Hamilton joined the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research in June 2024. Dawn earned her Bachelor of Science in Business, with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology, from Liberty University. She was also part of the Women’s Basketball Team from 1998-2000 and was part of two Big South Championship Teams and two NCAA Tournament appearances. Since college, Dawn has resided locally and focused her time and attention on raising her four boys, volunteering, and most recently working at her local church, Blue Ridge Community Church where she was the Next Steps Executive Director. She believes in the mission and purpose of Liberty and is excited to be a part of a such a great place.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, watching the boys play football and basketball, playing card games with friends, and photography.
