Yes, We’re Taking Pre-Orders!

All sale bundles can be preordered and picked up at the IT Marketplace, shipped to a specified address, or delivered to the employee’s office IF on campus. The product must be ordered between 3/29/2020 and 4/11/2020 and will be available for pickup starting 4/29/2019 (see below for further details). Use promo code facstaff2002 at checkout to participate in the bundle promotion.

Pick-up, Office Delivery, and Shipping

There are three options:

  • Pick-Up In-Store – Customers may pick their device(s) when they receive a pick-up confirmation email 4/29/2020.
  • Ship to Specified Address – Customers may designate an address for their device(s) to be shipped during checkout. All orders will be shipped 4/29/2020 or after.
  • Office Delivery – Office location must be specified during checkout and the customer must be present with a valid form of ID (Flames Pass, Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID are accepted) to receive their order. All preorders will be delivered 4/29/2020 or after.

Items must be purchased online from 3/29/2020 to 4/11/2020 to qualify. Items may be picked up on 4/29/2020 or after at the IT Marketplace, DeMoss Hall Room 2414.

Online Cancellations, In-Store Returns, & Purchasing Limits

All pre-orders may be canceled up to April 29, 2020, by contacting OnlineITMarketplace@liberty.edu with the order number and name included. After pick-up, customers fall under the normal return policy. Items opened after purchase by the customer or by the IT HelpDesk for setup and data migration are not eligible for return. 

All in-store returns are subject to the IT Marketplace’s return policy. Opened items and Clearance items are not eligible for return.

Purchasing Limits & Backorders

Customers may order no more than three (3) MacBooks or iMacs per year via the IT Marketplace. Accessory sales are unlimited.
