Mike Mucciarone has not been a part of Access Control very long, but in the time, he has been here he has shown himself to be a dedicated and hard worker. Mike has brought some valued experience to help improve how our lock shop operates. Mike typically comes in smiling and ready to face the day with a positive attitude. Mike has been a great help in training other new employees, as well as student workers. Mike has played a crucial role in major projects around campus, such as the recent update to the locks in all the Commons Dorms, as well as the rekeying of the Medical School. Mike has put in many late hours to help get the job done. It is obvious that Mike’s work ethic comes from a love of God and a desire to glorify Him in all that he does.
January’s employee of the month for Marketing is Bryce Morris. Bryce has worked as a production specialist on the video team for nearly 9 years and recently stepped into a senior position role. A strong creative who is able to execute his ideas successfully, Bryce has grown tremendously in his knowledge, video acumen, and leadership skills, becoming an integral part of our department. Key areas in which he excels include managing the gear closet and studio, organizing professional development sessions, and fostering a culture of communication. Bryce consistently exhibits kindness, understanding, and thoughtfulness and is a positive light in our office. We are a better team because of Bryce, and we’re incredibly grateful for him!

Congrats, Vicki. We’d be lost without you.
Mike has taken over as the department's NIL administrator and assistant director of business operations. He is building models to ensure that Liberty's coaches can maintain competitive programs in the challenging NIL environment that we are facing. I am grateful that he has taken on this difficult and important assignment for the Flames.
Michaela began her time with the Flames Club as a Graduate Assistant, which quickly turned into a full-time role as the Assistant Director of Membership Services in June of 2023. Michaela serves Flames Club donors daily by assisting them with season tickets in premium areas, managing donations, and building lasting relationships with every person she interacts with. Michaela also led Flames Club efforts in creating and managing the first-ever Flames Spring Gala Auction Night. Her joyful spirit is contagious, and the Flames Club is very blessed to have someone like Michaela on our team! Thank you for all you do, Michaela!
