ADP iPay
Complete Registration to Access your Pay Statements and W-2s
Employees can access their iPay information via the directions detailed below. Please note there are separate instructions for Current and Former Employees. ADP houses pay information for the most recent three years. If older W-2s are needed, please email lupayroll@liberty.edu with the request.

As a current employee, you should be able to log into iPay to view your pay stubs and W-2s with the following instructions:
- Go to ADP iPay.
- Click Agree on the disclaimer.
- In the menu at the top of the page, click Pay & Taxes and then click Pay & Tax Statements in the drop-down. This will open a new window with your pay stubs and W-2.
- Go to https://my.adp.com.
- Click on the Get Started link (Bottom of page).
- Select I Have a Registration Code.
- Enter the Registration Pass Code, which is: LibertyUV – Register
- Enter your identity information, such as first name, last name, date of birth, Social Security number, or your employee ID/associate ID. (Options available to you may vary slightly).
- Based on your information requested during this process:
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address or mobile number available on record. If you need to update your email address or mobile number for this step, please reach out to lupayroll@liberty.edu.
- You may be required to answer questions from public records.
- View your user ID and create your password. Be sure to write down your user ID as ADP will automatically assign you a system-generated user ID. The user ID will not be the same as your Liberty user ID.
- Complete confirmation.
- You will receive an email from ADP to the email account you used to register which will contain your system-generated user ID. Please be sure to keep this in a safe place as this user ID will not be the same as your Liberty user ID.
