Dr. Knowles holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Marketing from Walden University and an M.S. in Data Science from Maryville University. She began her career in business and has specialized in this area with a focus on marketing. Dr. Knowles is also a Professional Certified Marketer in Digital Marketing through the American Marketing Association and maintains a Google Analytics (GA4) certification.
She teaches a variety of courses on campus and online at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level and is an assessment coordinator for the School of Business. Her research interests include consumer behavior, quality assessment, and marketing trends.
Off campus, she enjoys spending time with her two children, learning new recipes, reading, and running. She also actively serves in children’s and music ministry at Calvary Chapel Lynchburg.
