Biography
Dr. Kelly Wheeler serves assistant professor at Liberty University for the Master of Public Health program in the School of Health Sciences. As a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Dr. Wheeler has served as a public health practitioner and scholar within nonprofit and academic sectors for more than 17 years. She has advocated for innovative research and health promotion endeavors for women, children, and craniofacial survivors to enhance the quality of life of these populations utilizing participatory action research to design health education programs.
