Testimonials

Dr. Steve Morreale

“The First Line Supervisor Program at Liberty isn't just another training course—it's a transformative journey that puts you in the driver's seat of your leadership development. Here, we challenge conventional wisdom and break down barriers to growth through participant-driven, facilitator-guided experiences. Our program acknowledges a fundamental truth: the best leaders are perpetual learners.

By expanding your mindset and challenging your assumptions, you'll discover new dimensions of leadership that benefit not just you, but your entire agency. This isn't about checking boxes—it's about unlocking potential, both in yourself and those you lead. Step into a program that understands that true leadership growth comes from openness to new perspectives and the courage to challenge what you think you know.”

Sheriff Whit Clark

“Our first-line supervision is foundation and the key to the success of any law enforcement agency.  The values and knowledge of these leaders influence and shape the culture which is  critical to agency mission, policy,  goals and objectives.  The Liberty University Helms School of Government Criminal Justice First-Line Supervisory Training offers an exclusive training program that will help shape our future leaders.  I highly recommend that agency Chiefs and Sheriffs enroll their future leadership into this training”.
