Our 90-hour biblical languages divinity program will provide you with instruction in the Old and New Testaments, apologetics, and church history. Our program features a dynamic and in-depth study of the original languages of the Bible that will enhance your knowledge and understanding of God’s Word so you can effectively teach congregates or other leaders within your ministry.
In accordance with our goal to Train Champions for Christ, you will receive spiritual and academic mentorship from your professors, each of whom has the ability to provide valuable insight into active ministry and outreach.
What Will You Learn in Our M.Div. in Biblical Languages?
Our Master of Divinity in Biblical Languages is intended to prepare you for professional work in Christian ministry within local churches as well as para-church organizations. Our M.Div. program provides in-depth training in biblical leadership principles and methods as well as a comprehensive study of Scripture and Christian beliefs.
Optional intensives are available under the Master of Divinity online degree, giving you the ability to learn in-demand skills while creating a professional network through face-to-face interactions with peers and professors. Your M.Div. courses will emphasize embracing the essential values, knowledge, and skills needed to serve in a variety of roles as a pastor.
Additionally, the M.Div. in Biblical Languages will give you specialized skills in:
- Hebrew and Greek syntax
- Hebrew exegesis
- Hermeneutics
