Material Movement

1. Please submit a work order ticket with all relevant information for your request. For more instructions on how to do this please reference “how to submit a work order”.
2. All work orders need to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to when a request needs to be completed. If you have specific date/time requests, please include that information in your work order.

1. Fill out a manifest form for your items
2. Email your completed manifest form along with your request details to warehousefacilities@liberty.edu
3. Once your request has been approved, 12th street will submit a work order ticket on your behalf. Please do not submit your own work order!
4. Finally, clearly label all items intended for pick up

Contact central receiving (12^th street) directly at warehousefacilities@liberty.edu to confirm when/what you would like moved – 12^th street will submit a work order request on your behalf, and ESMM will then deliver the items accordingly.

To request boxing, bubble wrap, or tape please place a requisition through BuyLU and our team will deliver the materials to you.

Work Orders are submitted online through the Facilities Management Work Order System, under “Submit New Work Order.”

* Requesters, please select in section three (3) of the work order submission process the “Problem Type” of “Moving”.
