    The photo above depicting a funnel cloud forming is incorrect. The cloud structure you see is a “scud cloud”. I have been in broadcast meteorology for over 20 years and was less that 100 yards from this cloud and it wasn’t rotating and the wind was barely blowing. This structure went over a mobile home park in Russell Springs and nothing there or anywhere was damaged. Thanks for making the appropriate change.
