Campus Mobilizer
Umwami serves as the Campus Mobilizer for the Center for Church Advancement. He is currently serving at Bedrock Church in Forest, VA and is pursuing his Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies through Liberty University. He has served in ministry in various roles from youth pastor to interim pastor; most recently, as a Grad Scholar with the LU Shepherds. As the Campus Mobilizer in the office, Umwami primarily focuses on mobilizing, training, and discipling students so that they can come alongside the local church through church planting and revitalization efforts. Umwami mobilizes students to churches locally and regionally in Virginia, and nationally through GenSend Summer, a program within the North American Mission Board.
