Online Orientation
As a new student, you will have the opportunity to participate in an online orientation course using Canvas. This course is an excellent resource in preparing you for college. This course has 6 modules that will help set you up for success. If you have any questions about the course, please email CASAS@liberty.edu. Students will be added to the course upon completing Financial Check-In. The course is due by January 10.

Enrollment Assistance
Meet with departments that can set you up for success as you transition to Liberty!
IT HelpDesk – IT will be able to assist you with your technology questions, as well as remotely connect to your computer should you need troubleshooting. Please visit the ConnectLU website for helpful tutorials, as well as IT’s hours and chat availability.
Financial Aid, Military Affairs, and Student Accounts – For information regarding your student account, payments or payment plans, and Financial Check-In (FCI), please contact the Student Accounts. For information regarding military affairs, please contact the Military Affairs Office. For information regarding financial aid, including FAFSA, loans, grants, and scholarships, please contact the Financial Aid Office. Visit the Student Financial Services website to connect with Financial Aid, Military Affairs, and Student Accounts.
Registrar – Transfer evaluators are available through virtual Microsoft Teams meetings should you have any questions about the transfer of your credit. Call (434) 592-5100 or email undergradtransfer@liberty.edu and we can set up an appointment time to connect with you via Microsoft Teams. Registration-related questions can be directed to registrar@liberty.edu.
Student Health Records – Liberty University cares about the well-being of its students. To maintain the health of our community, Liberty requires students to be immunized according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Immunizations and medical history must be documented through your Student Health Form. To find the Student Health Form, log into your ASIST account, click “Student”, select “Student Health Form”, complete the Immunizations, Medical History, & TB Questions sections. Please review all of the instructions for the Student Health Form before filling it out. After you have your immunization records verified, please upload them to the Student Health Form for approval. There is a documents tab that you can use to upload your document as only one file. Please note that our office must be able to authenticate the origin of your immunization documentation in order for your records to be approved. Professional Advising – Your Professional Advisor can talk through your career and academic goals and ensure your class schedule is ready to go!

Check your Liberty email daily so you are up-to-date on all the important information. You should also connect with your Professional Advisor who is there to help you make a smooth transition.

International Student Orientation
