Biography
Matt serves as Assistant Director for Employer relations & the Washington Fellowship. As a Liberty University alumnus (B.S. Sport Management ’15, M.B.A.: Leadership ’18), Matt leads the Employer Relations team and its vision to grow the footprint and number of quality employers recruiting and hiring Liberty students and alumni. Matt oversees the development of employer recruitment strategies and event types, job and employer approvals on Handshake, building the annual events schedule, negotiating sales and sponsorships for revenue generation, and creating new strategies and initiatives to effectively market events and job opportunities to employers, students, and alumni.
