Biography

Rich Diddams is the Vice Provost of Engineering and Technology & Professional Engagement and Dean School of Business. Rich served as a Marine Infantry Officer for over 20 years then held numerous leadership positions in industry including President and CEO of a mid-size engineering firm operating in 17 states and overseas. Rich has a passion for helping leaders reach their potential and obtain their calling in service to others.
