Biography
Dr. Bingham started his professional work experience with a brief assignment in retail management, then worked as a civilian budget manager/analyst for the United States Air Force at Wright-Paterson Air Force Base near Dayton, Ohio. He transitioned to the private sector with roles at several defense contractors in the greater Dayton area.
Dr. Bingham has worked in public, two-year and private, four-year higher education institutions for nearly 25 years. His experience includes residential and online instruction and leadership roles in finance, budgeting, student affairs, facility management and faculty administration. He is passionate about helping students see the unlimited opportunities before them.
Roger has consulting experience in the areas of leadership, human resource management, and new business start-ups. Dr. Bingham’s research interests include management, leadership, and microfinance.
