Biography
Megan has been working in academic administration since 2021. She enjoys helping educators achieve their academic goals, encouraging students in their pursuits, and facilitating events. When someone calls the History Department, she looks forward to answering questions and getting students the information they need to succeed.
Megan married Richard in 2000 and moved from Oxford, OH to Virginia. They spent twenty years raising and educating their five children–who were all born at Virginia Baptist Hospital. Geneva, Ashley, Fiona, Phinehas, and Edmund are a joy and testimony to God’s grace and goodness in their lives.
Over the years, Megan has taught French, beginner Latin, high school composition, cooking, and baking (among other subjects) in co-op and Christian school settings. She has a passion for food, language, literature, and loves lively discussion.
Currently she is working on her master’s in INDS Research.
