Charles Stambaugh’s journey is a tapestry woven with dedication, faith, and a passion for both technology and spirituality. Since graduating from Liberty University in 1978, Charles has devoted his life to serving others and spreading the Christian faith in various impactful ways.

Charles has been a youth leader, children’s church teacher, and has engaged in church calling and street evangelism. His influence extended to where he held Bible studies, bridging the gap between faith and everyday life.

Professionally, Charles retired after an impressive 45-year career in the electronic controls field, primarily working as a Service Application Engineer. His technical expertise also led to ministry, as he ran and installed sound, video, and stage lighting in numerous churches, enhancing the worship experience for countless congregants.

In his retirement, Charles channeled his spiritual fervor into writing Christian devotions for NewHeartBeatDevotions.com reaching thousands of readers and inspiring them with his words.

His commitment to community and history led him to found the North Eastern York County History In Preservation (NeyChip.com), an award-winning history organization and center dedicated to local heritage.

Charles’s years at Liberty University were transformative, deeply impacting his spiritual and professional growth. Notably, he took the first electronics

class offered at Liberty and excelled to such a degree that he received the Physical Science award. This class laid the foundation for his 45-year career in industrial controls electronics.

Liberty University was a pivotal influence in Charles’s life, helping him mature into a man, husband, father, grandfather, and steadfast Christian.

His favorite Bible verse, Proverbs 3:5,6, encapsulates his journey: “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
