Our department issues the University’s official identification card, the Flames Pass, and provides other services for students, faculty, and staff.

Important Announcements

Residential and commuter meal plans (including associated Flames Cash and Dining Dollars) begin on Friday, January 10th, at 7:00 AM. New students living on campus will have access to Reber-Thomas Dining Center for lunch and dinner on Thursday, January 9th.
Office hours for January move-in:
- January 6th-8th, 10th: 8am-5pm
- January 9th: 8am-6pm
- January 11th: 12pm-4pm
- January 12th: Remove support via phone, live chat, or email from 2pm-6pm
