Support our Theatre Arts Students: Give to the Tower Club
Annual membership in the Tower Club provides scholarships to any Christ-following young artist who wants to study theatre at Liberty University. We are looking for donors to join us in our second year to continue to train champions for Christ in the world of the arts. As a supporter of the Tower Club, you will not only impact our students with their education at Liberty, but we trust this will have an effect for years to come.
A gift to the Tower Club Scholarship Fund will help provide financial assistance to full-time students and degree candidates within the Department of Theatre Arts. As a Tower Club supporter, you will receive membership benefits based upon your level of giving.

“Our Tower Club membership has been one of the most satisfying elements of our time on Liberty Mountain. The Lord has a way of attracting the highest caliber of student talent to this campus, and Tower Club members play a significant role in helping these students live God’s dream for their lives. We love the opportunity to watch these professional-level performers glorify God on stage, but the added joy of providing resources to equip them for their craft is a priceless benefit we would not want to miss.”

Mission Trip Update — Our students have been actively serving at Betel by sharing the gospel through devotions, testimonies, and presentations. Their service activities have included working in the café, restoring furniture, collecting donations, cleaning houses, providing childcare, and handing out flyers to promote the ministry and gardening business. They have been a tremendous help to the ministry there. Tomorrow, the students will share one final time with the community through their dramatic gospel presentations and testimonies. Please pray for them as they conclude their time in the UK and travel home.
Today, Professors Siebert and Gawinski and 10 THEA students leave for Birmingham, UK to serve with Betel, UK and their drama and dance ministry Infinite Arts. Betel, UK is a ministry serving those coming out of addiction and leading them to freedom through Jesus Christ.
While there they will teach and present dramas and dances created within the LU program, create new work with the Infinite Arts team, and live and work within their community. Lauren Ansara and Barry Gawinski and his family served at Betel, UK, and are very excited to introduce the beautiful people of Betel with their teammates. Our partnership was developed through THEA Alum Kelli Overmyer. She served for four years at Betel, and helped pioneer Infinite Arts.
Also, Birmingham is known as a the childhood town of JRR Tolkien, and home of the chocolate manufacturer Cadbury.
Please pray for the team as they travel, for the effect Betel will have on our team, and that we may bring support and refreshing to the ministry.
